LSA conducts empirical research to support the work of national and state organizations, cities and counties, developers and other housing-related organizations. Our research adheres to rigorous research principles and methodologies but we strive to make findings accessible and valuable to a wide audience.
We have extensive experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research on housing, demographic and economic issues.
Past research has been conducted on Millennial home ownership, residential mobility of Baby Boomers, strategies for preserving affordable rental housing, impacts of rental control, and economic development benefits of affordable and workforce housing.
