LSA works with local stakeholders to conduct housing needs assessments and to prepare housing strategic plans, housing policy toolkits, implementation plans, and guidelines for monitoring and tracking progress on meeting housing goals.
Our staff has extensive experience conducting research on housing issues and we have brought that expertise to support the education and advocacy work of national and local organizations. Research topics have ranged from rent control to fair housing to local community benefits policies.
