David Huaman

David Huaman is an Affiliate of LSA and a Program Associate at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. At Enterprise, David is part of the Housing Strategy & Implementation Team, where he develops and implements affordable housing strategies that expand local tools, capacity and access to opportunity.
Previous experience includes working as a Housing Specialist for the City of Falls Church, VA and as an Associate for LSA. At LSA, David provided critical support in planning, demographic, and housing market analysis.
David graduated from Virginia Tech in 2018 with a degree in Economic Management. He is currently working on his Masters of Urban and Regional Planning at Virginia Tech’s National Capital Region.
